<p style="text-indent: 2.1667em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">检查组对在广东省公证行业综合信息平台管理系统中随机抽取的全市10家公证机构自2024年5月1日至2025年4月30日期间应归档的（合同）协议、具有强制执行效力的债权文书公证书及执行证书、继承、遗嘱、委托、声明等公证事项共1180份公证文书档案卷宗进行了检查。检查范围覆盖了我市每一名执业公证员。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent: 2.1667em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">检查人员实行机构回避制度，独立、审慎地查阅每一份公证卷宗，根据司法部、国家档案局《公证档案管理办法》《公证文书立卷归档办法》及广东省司法厅《公证案卷检查评分办法》，严格按照《评分对照表》对公证申请受理、审查核实、公证书制作出证、案卷归档和收费等环节逐项核查，量化评分，详细记录检查出的问题及好的做法，避免检查工作流于形式。</span></p>
